Pass a settings parameter to the Html.Navbar() call to alter the appearance/behaviour of the navbar. The settings parameter can be either created by chaining options onto Navbar.Settings or create a NavbarSettings instance

Fixed to Top .FixedTop() Fixed = FixedPosition.Top
Fixed to Bottom .FixedBottom() Fixed = FixedPosition.Bottom
Inverted .Inverted() Inverse = true
